💼 About This Role

You'll establish the knowledge foundation for Affirm's centralized Employee Experience Hub, enabling self-service and AI-assisted support across the People Team. You'll own the lifecycle of knowledge systems, governance, and tools to transform how employees get support. This is a builder role that merges strategic design with hands-on execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and own centralized People knowledge ecosystem with taxonomy and governance
• Design AI-ready knowledge structures for automation and compliant support
• Partner on service model evolution including triage and escalation
• Lead cross-functional programs from planning through execution

📋 Requirements

• Experience building or transforming knowledge management systems or shared services from 0→1
• Strong understanding of end-user experience in People Operations or HR service delivery
• Proven experience in AI-native workflows using AI to write scripts and automate operations
• Ability to operate strategically and operationally in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
