🎯 What You'll Do

• Design group-wide reporting standards and planning foundations
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, and Product for financial insights
• Support monthly close cycle and improve close process
• Support ad-hoc strategic finance work and scenario modelling

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years in FP&A, financial controlling, or strategic finance
• Highly analytical with exceptional financial modeling skills
• Proven experience improving close processes in fast-moving environment
• Solid command of ERP and planning tools (NetSuite, Anaplan, or similar)

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to group reporting concepts including consolidation and multi-currency
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
