You will be the face of the community, creating exceptional experiences for prospects and residents through apartment tours, resident events, and daily inquiries. Your goal is to convert leads into leases and foster long-term relationships.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• One year of customer service, sales, or apartment leasing experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Positive attitude and clear communication skills
• Willingness to learn and be coached on company practices

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional first impressions by greeting prospects warmly and conducting personalized apartment tours
• Convert leads into leases through follow-up, relationship-building, and understanding resident needs
• Complete leasing applications, verifications, and move-in paperwork accurately
• Coordinate and attend resident events and community engagement initiatives
• Assist in marketing the property through social media and community outreach
