You'll join Monzo's Reward Squad to support global benefits and pension programmes, including EU expansion. You'll play a key role in ensuring benefits programmes are engaging, scalable, and equitable. This is an exciting opportunity to help Monzo fulfill its mission to make money work for everyone.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer day-to-day benefits and leave policies
• Manage end-to-end renewal process with brokers
• Establish and implement new benefits programmes in the EU
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and global strategy
• Liaise with external benefits broker and vendors

📋 Requirements

• Experience administering and managing EU benefits
• Knowledge of employee benefits trends in the EU
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Ability to ensure compliance with legislative requirements
