You'll lead the data ingestion platform strategy for Klaviyo's core data objects. You'll define the next generation of how data enters and powers the platform, modernizing legacy pipelines and building a scalable, unified ingestion framework.

• Define the long-term mission and charter for the new team
• Develop and maintain a high-impact roadmap for data ingestion
• Partner with engineering to design scalable ingestion systems
• Drive improvements in observability and operational excellence

📋 Requirements

• Platform Product Management experience in data infrastructure
• Deep understanding of data architecture and large-scale systems
• Experience with event-driven systems or high-volume pipelines
• Ability to engage in highly technical discussions around system evolution
