You'll step into mixed-age Montessori classrooms as an on-call substitute, supporting children ages 0-6. You'll help maintain a calm and engaging learning environment while collaborating with school staff. This flexible role offers a path to becoming a full-time Assistant Teacher.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Step into classrooms to support children and maintain consistency
• Assist with daily routines and classroom activities across mixed-age groups

📋 Requirements

• Negative TB test within the last 12 months
• Valid state background check
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Warm, friendly, and dependable demeanor
