💼 About This Role

You'll own the technical integration of Luna, our AI receptionist, into the phone infrastructure and practice management systems of new dental and medical clinics. Your work ensures every new client starts successfully from day one. This role allows you to solve real-world healthcare challenges at a fast-growing startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze existing telephony and practice management systems for integration.
• Configure call forwarding, SIP trunks, and API connections.
• Guide clinics through the technical onboarding process end-to-end.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent onboarding projects prioritizing by urgency.

📋 Requirements

• Degree or completed training in computer science or IT systems integration.
• Experience integrating VoIP, SIP, or API systems.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple parallel onboarding projects.
• Native-level German for client communication.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience integrating practice management software like Dampsoft, Evident, or Tomedo.
• Familiarity with healthcare data privacy regulations.
• Previous startup or client-facing technical role.
