📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in C# and .NET development
• 2+ years using .NET Core in production
• Hands-on with RabbitMQ or other message brokers
• Expertise in MS SQL Server performance tuning

• Experience with Kafka, Azure Service Bus, or NATS
• Production debugging and observability skills
• Fluent Russian language
