Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 2+ years health care marketing experience, hospice preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and job-specific software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Analytical skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing volume projections and marketing initiatives
• Conduct market assessments and develop marketing plans
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources
• Educate facilities, families, and community on hospice benefit
• Support care team with referral information and orders
