Description

In this role, you'll lead the US People Operations team, acting as a subject matter expert on US employment law and driving operational excellence. You will balance strategic process design with hands-on support, championing AI and automation to improve efficiency across a global, follow-the-sun service model.

Requirements

• 6+ years HR experience with deep US employment law expertise across multiple states
• Hands-on experience with California, New York, and Texas labor law
• Track record of implementing AI, automation, or service delivery technologies
• Experience with Workday and partnering with People Technology teams
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity and build processes while handling daily escalations

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the US People Operations team, fostering high performance and psychological safety
• Serve as subject matter expert on US employment law, especially California, New York, and Texas
• Identify service gaps and implement AI/automation solutions to enhance efficiency
• Handle complex escalations and personally resolve critical cases
• Deliver cross-functional projects on time and within scope
