🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead guest experience on the sales floor
• Analyze reports to strategize and deliver results
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and selling initiatives
• Manage reporting, budgets, inventory, and facilities with Operations Visual Manager

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years prior work experience in client-centric sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities with excellent decision making
• High energy, upbeat, and enthusiastic with ability to integrate fun and work
• Self-motivated with desire to achieve results individually and as a team
