Description

You will own and deliver quarterly goals for the Comms Platform team, leading engineers through ambiguity to solve open-ended problems. You'll collaborate on product development lifecycle, proactively identify and solve issues, support operations and availability, and foster a culture of quality and ownership.

Requirements

• 5+ years designing, developing, launching backend systems at scale (Python or Kotlin)
• Experience with highly available distributed systems (AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes)
• Ability to define technical plan for significant feature or system component
• Proficient in making significant changes in a large code base safely
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for global collaboration
