Description
You will own and drive the ongoing success of our Complex Care Programs, leading strategic and operational planning, execution, and continuous improvement. You'll partner cross-functionally to launch and optimize offerings, monitor performance, develop capacity models, and manage partner relationships to deliver the best member experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of cross-functional experience in a high-growth environment
- Deep experience in operations, healthcare, and strategy
- Experience partnering with clinicians
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects across functions
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and can influence organizational change
Responsibilities
- Own strategic and operational planning to launch and optimize Complex Care offerings
- Monitor end-to-end program performance using a data-driven approach
- Develop capacity and budget models to support new programs
- Develop and maintain strategic partner relationships
- Partner with Strategy, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to position initiatives in the market
