You'll assist developers with account, billing, and product issues while managing social media interactions across X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and app stores. Your work will help surface user feedback to engineering and product teams, directly improving the platform for millions. You'll join a small global team united by Replit's mission to make the next billion software creators.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Solve account, billing, and product issues via support tickets and social media
  • Manage and respond to inquiries on X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and app store reviews
  • Monitor social channels for product feedback and community sentiment
  • Collaborate with support, marketing, and community teams on messaging

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of social media support experience across X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and app stores
  • Experience with Zendesk and Sprout Social or similar support platforms
  • Experience with payment systems like Stripe or Orb
  • Strong written communication for public-facing social media interactions

✨ Nice to Have

  • Community management or developer relations experience
  • Background in B2B SaaS customer success or support
  • Experience with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT
