🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement test frameworks across multiple languages.
• Build strategies for realistic, safe test data in a fintech context.
• Create standardised testing practices and engineering playbook.
• Implement quality gates in CI/CD and test observability.
• Coach engineers across teams on test design and adoption.

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience building test infrastructure and tooling.
• Comfortable working across multiple languages (Kotlin, TypeScript, Python).
• Has built evaluation frameworks for LLM-based systems.
• Able to influence without authority and coach others.
