💼 About This Role
You'll build Corti's partner ecosystem from the ground up, architecting commission models, partner programs, and scalable systems. You'll drive marketplace adoption by expanding the agent store and onboarding software partners. This is a 0-to-1 builder role at the intersection of product, partnerships, and growth.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Source and onboard software partners to build integrations for the agent store.
- Build relationships with AI coding platforms like Lovable, Bolt, Replit.
- Recruit and vet development agencies to become certified Corti API experts.
- Design joint go-to-market motions and co-selling programs.
📋 Requirements
- Track record of sourcing, negotiating, and managing B2B partnerships.
- Experience building ecosystems, marketplaces, or channel programs from scratch.
- Comfortable reading API documentation and understanding technical integration requirements.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience at a developer-first platform like Twilio, Stripe, or ElevenLabs.
- Background in partner operations at a PLG SaaS company.
