💼 About This Role

You'll define the technology strategy for recruiting, people operations, and workforce management while building scalable systems and infrastructure for a growing team. You'll partner with leadership to ensure systems support strategic workforce planning and improve employee experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Define the People Systems strategy and technology architecture
  • Design and implement systems for recruiting and employee lifecycle
  • Establish a roadmap for HR technology improvements
  • Partner with People, Recruiting, and Operations leaders

📋 Requirements

  • Strong experience with HR or recruiting systems
  • Technical background in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Understanding of systems architecture and integrations
  • Experience scaling People systems in a growing organization
