• Lead BI team to develop production reporting and monthly KPIs.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis into operational performance drivers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations.
• Develop and enforce operational policies for revenue assurance.
• Oversee data audits to ensure integrity across meter data processes.

📋 Requirements

• University degree required; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 4+ years related experience managing high-performing teams.
• High proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and SQL.
• Experience with statistical revenue and costing analysis.

• Post-graduate degree (MBA) or professional accounting designation.
• Training in Data Analytics or IT.
• Industry experience in Utilities or Telecommunications with 250k+ customers.
