💼 About This Role

You'll facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach multiple teams on a national defense contract. Your core impact will be removing impediments and driving continuous improvement across teams. This role stands out for its focus on Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) adoption and AI/ML pipeline support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as servant leader and Agile coach for multiple teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlog.
• Remove impediments to maintain team focus on high-value increments.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience supporting Agile teams.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification.
• Basic proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
• Active Top Secret clearance (SCI eligibility preferred).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in SPACECOM or NORTHCOM environments.
• Exposure to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Experience in DoD or federal contracting environment.
