You'll support Optimism's enterprise and institutional adoption by acting as the primary technical counterpart for partners during evaluations and integrations. Your work will directly impact the deployment of production-grade onchain systems using the OP Stack. This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, and engineering.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise partners.
- Design and support test environments for performance validation.
- Respond to technical diligence from banks and regulators.
- Translate enterprise requirements into product feedback.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect.
- Background in blockchain infrastructure or distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with Ethereum or EVM-based systems.
- Strong understanding of sequencing, rollups, and smart contracts.

- Experience with regulated institutions.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS.
- Japanese language skills for documentation localization.
