🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach Experience Team members on performance and compliance.
• Assist with planning and executing annual Turnover processes.
• Inspect property curb appeal and coordinate maintenance work orders.
• Lead customer sales interactions and execute marketing events.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or community management experience.
• Ability to work up to six days per week during peak times.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Experience with Entrata, Greenhouse, and Lattice systems.
