• Partner with L&D and brokerage to translate program strategy into field-ready plans
• Monitor program implementation and drive alignment across regions
• Establish feedback loops to gather field signal on adoption and friction
• Drive program refinement based on field performance and feedback

📋 Requirements

• Strategic operator who can translate vision into field execution
• Cross-functional leader comfortable influencing without direct authority
• Excellent communicator with ability to simplify complexity
• High ownership mindset with bias toward action and outcomes
