💼 About This Role

You'll join Curaleaf as a Lead Cultivation Associate, cross-trained across the full plant life cycle from clone to harvest. You'll maintain premium cannabis quality through daily plant care, environmental monitoring, and harvesting, making a hands-on impact in a high-growth, purpose-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform daily plant care: cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming, pruning
• Monitor environmental conditions: humidity, moisture, temperature to meet quality goals
• Inspect plants for health, pests, disease; remove substandard plants
• Assist with harvest: cutting, trimming, weighing, recording inventory in tracking system

• Green thumb and passion for working with plants, with harvesting experience (gardening counts)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment with positive collaboration
• Sharp attention to detail ensuring quality and consistency in every task
• Reliable with strong documentation, inventory, and organizational skills
