Description

As an Operations Associate, you will drive store profitability and efficiency by executing inventory management, reducing shrink, and supporting functions like shipment processing, sales floor recovery, and vendor relations. You'll collaborate with the Operations Visual Management team to maintain strong visual standards and ensure a safe, efficient operation.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating gaps
• Support shipment receiving, processing, reverse transfers, and supply management
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor
• Support safe work environment through stockroom standards
