💼 About This Role

You'll provide compassionate home health care to adult and geriatric clients in the Boston area. You'll manage care plans and perform clinical assessments while making a meaningful impact on patients' independence. This role offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow designated care plans for patient needs
• Make home visits in designated geographic territories
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes

📋 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Prior clinical experience as a licensed RN in sub-acute or acute environment
