Description

You will drive product strategy for OSCER, an open-source platform helping states meet Medicaid community engagement requirements. Working cross-functionally, you'll conduct market and user research, coordinate with design and engineering, and support business development to ensure smooth adoption and product iteration.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience developing enterprise-class solutions
• Experience in early stage product discovery and development
• Platform product management experience
• Market research and go-to-market experience
• Experience with business development in government digital services

Responsibilities

• Execute and iterate OSCER product strategy for state Medicaid community engagement requirements
• Collaborate cross-functionally across design and engineering on team priorities
• Conduct ongoing policy research on Medicaid programs
• Represent OSCER externally via demos, market research, and client calls
• Coordinate multi-vendor integration and partnerships with state systems
