Description

In this role, you will own the core UX and mobile experience at PandaDoc, defining foundational patterns and architecture that ensure consistency, quality, and scalability across the product. You'll collaborate closely with multiple teams and influence key experience decisions, working on both web and mobile platforms to create intuitive, accessible user experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in interaction design, visual design, and design systems
• Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and accessibility
• Proficiency in Figma, Framer, Adobe Creative Suite, and understanding of front-end and AI technologies
• Ability to conduct and integrate qualitative and quantitative user research
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (B2 English)

• Design and evolve information architecture for clarity and logical navigation
• Create consistent cross-platform experience patterns for web and mobile
• Define reusable UX patterns and structural frameworks
