💼 About This Role

You'll provide structured literacy intervention to students with dyslexia and language-based differences. You'll implement evidence-based therapy, screen students, and collaborate with school staff to support progress. You'll work in a flexible hybrid model across Texas districts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver individualized academic language therapy using structured literacy programs
• Track and document student progress with validated assessment tools
• Collaborate with teachers and coordinators on intervention plans
• Maintain CALT and TDLR credentials and uphold ethical standards

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in education or related field
• Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT) credential from ALTA or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years providing structured literacy intervention to dyslexic students
• Knowledge of Texas Dyslexia Handbook and state/federal dyslexia mandates

• Licensed Dyslexia Therapist (LDT) credential from TDLR
• Texas teaching certificate
• Familiarity with teletherapy or remote intervention models
