🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform miscellaneous maintenance duties including painting and minor drywall repairs
• Participate in apartment inspections and document unit condition
• Perform light housekeeping and grounds clean-up tasks
• Provide general administrative assistance in the office

📋 Requirements

• All-in attitude and eagerness to help in various capacities
• Effective communication skills and strong customer service mindset
• Ability to lift 100 lbs and perform extensive physical movements
• Must be 18 years of age or older
