You'll collaborate with category management and development teams to create innovative hockey equipment at Bauer's Product Innovation Center in Blainville, QC. Your designs will directly impact product performance and brand image, working in a hybrid environment with 3 days in-office per week. This role offers the chance to contribute to the most trusted brand in hockey.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create innovative products aligning with brand, performance, and consumer needs.
• Contribute to seasonal creative strategies and complete 2-3 projects per season.
• Communicate visual concepts for product lines to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with launch teams to ensure commercial success of designs.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of professional experience.
• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Excellent hand sketching skills for idea communication.

• Proficiency in 3D CAD software.
• Knowledge of generative AI tools for creativity.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
