You'll be the face of A Place for Mom with hospitals and skilled nursing facilities, driving lead generation and move-ins from your book of accounts. You'll build relationships with healthcare professionals to help families find urgent senior care. This role offers uncapped earning potential in a mission-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate daily qualified patient referrals from assigned market plan accounts
• Develop, own, and grow your book of accounts to increase referral volume
• Cultivate new contacts through networking, cold calls, and service presentations
• Leverage CRM reports to develop and manage your pipeline

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of outside sales experience as an individual contributor
• Outside sales experience with exceptional prospecting and lead generation
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and collaborating with teams
• Knowledge of the Senior Living Industry
