You'll provide empathetic customer support and technical troubleshooting across calls, chats, and emails in a fast-paced digital environment. You'll assist users with billing, navigation, and issue resolution while helping prevent fraud and improve the platform. This fully remote role offers a chance to grow within a global eCommerce ecosystem.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Respond to inquiries via calls, chats, and emails with timely support
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases
- Validate creator applications for accuracy and compliance
- Monitor transactions to prevent fraud and reduce chargebacks
๐ Requirements
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (French/Spanish/German a plus)
- Proficiency with computers and multiple systems simultaneously
- Attention to detail for identifying issues and reviewing data
