You'll provide empathetic customer support and technical troubleshooting across calls, chats, and emails in a fast-paced digital environment. You'll assist users with billing, navigation, and issue resolution while helping prevent fraud and improve the platform.   • Respond to inquiries via calls, chats, and emails with timely support
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases
  • Validate creator applications for accuracy and compliance
  • Monitor transactions to prevent fraud and reduce chargebacks

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English (French/Spanish/German a plus)
  • Proficiency with computers and multiple systems simultaneously
  • Attention to detail for identifying issues and reviewing data
