💼 About This Role

You'll own the financial planning and analysis function at a high-growth SaaS company in healthcare technology, building forecasts and models that directly influence executive decisions. Your work will partner across Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive data-informed strategies and board-level insights. This is a full ownership role for a hands-on operator who sets strategy and executes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and evolve financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Deliver monthly reporting packages with actionable insights
• Lead scenario planning for executive and board discussions
• Partner cross-functionally to align financial plans with objectives

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience with SaaS FP&A expertise
• Proven ability to independently own and scale FP&A in high-growth environments
• Deep expertise in financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, retention, gross margin)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare technology
• Familiarity with Salesforce or QuickBooks
• Experience supporting board meetings or fundraising processes
