You'll own analytics across compensation, benefits, and equity, turning complex data into clear recommendations that influence senior decision-making. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead compensation benchmarking and market pricing across all roles
• Manage annual pay review, bonus, and equity cycles
• Support design and evolution of pay structures and job architecture
• Build dashboards and reporting using Power BI or Tableau

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience in reward, compensation, or HR analytics
• Advanced Excel and strong modelling capability
• Experience with salary benchmarking tools (WTW, Radford, Korn Ferry)
• Strong understanding of job architecture, evaluation, and levelling

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in benefits benchmarking and design
• Background in fast-growth or regulated industries
