πΌ About This Role
You'll drive long-term customer outcomes across the Veeam Data Platform. You'll lead onboarding, adoption, and optimization while proactively identifying churn risk and upsell opportunities. This role combines deep disaster recovery expertise with executive stakeholder engagement.
π― What You'll Do
- Configure customer accounts and customize backup policies and storage.
- Conduct recovery simulations and deliver quarterly resilience reports.
- Monitor signals to detect churn risk early and define mitigation plans.
- Engage CISO/CIO stakeholders with clear risk and opportunity updates.
π Requirements
- 5+ years in customer-facing engineering roles focused on data backup and recovery.
- Hands-on expertise across operating systems, virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms.
- Experience designing protection plans, migrations, and recovery simulations.
- VMCE certification required (may be completed post-hire).
β¨ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Veeam platform capabilities.
- AWS Solutions Architect or Microsoft Azure Administrator certification.
- Executive stakeholder engagement skills (CISO/CIO).
