💼 About This Role

You'll join Ajax Systems to organize and optimize the FAI process at a new full-cycle production facility in Türkiye. You'll manage quality KPIs and drive continuous improvements across the production line.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Organize and support the First Article Inspection process
• Monitor and analyze key quality indicators
• Conduct production process inspections
• Manage team KPIs and coordinate corrective actions

📋 Requirements

• Higher education in technical or quality systems field
• 2+ years of experience in quality management systems
• Knowledge of regulatory documentation (GOST, DSTU, ISO)
• Good command of English

• Knowledge of Turkish quality legislation
• Experience with ESD training and certification
