💼 About This Role

You'll join Unity's fast-growing Offerwall team as the go-to product expert for APAC, partnering with Client Partners to drive growth. You'll turn complex performance data into actionable strategies, identify upsell opportunities, and translate product updates into commercial wins. This role offers exposure to diverse advertisers across Japan, Korea, and China at the center of mobile ad tech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze Offerwall performance across Demand and Supply to identify revenue opportunities
• Develop data-driven growth plans and strategic recommendations for clients
• Serve as product expert in client conversations on campaign strategy and MMP integrations
• Lead post-sale onboarding and technical integration for Offerwall platform

📋 Requirements

• Offerwall or comparable mobile ad tech platform expertise
• Expert-level understanding of campaign types (CPA, MR-CPE, DR-CPE)
• MMP integrations experience (Appsflyer, Adjust, Singular)
• Analytical skills to interpret performance data and translate into strategy

✨ Nice to Have

• Tapjoy Offerwall or comparable product experience
• Proficiency in Looker or similar BI tools
• Japanese or Korean language skills
