You'll own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for a $5Mโ$10M+ SaaS portfolio, driving expansion and retention in a rebuild-phase environment. This high-autonomy role goes beyond relationship management to shape playbooks and processes from the ground up.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own NRR for your book of business, delivering against expansion, renewal, and retention targets
- Identify and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Build and maintain a 3โ4x expansion pipeline against quota
- Proactively manage renewal cycles and mitigate churn risk
๐ Requirements
- 4โ8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales
- Proven track record of independently identifying and closing expansion opportunities
- Experience owning revenue targets (NRR, expansion, or renewals)
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce)
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in a rebuild or transformation environment
- Experience in Transportation Management Systems or last-mile/logistics technology
- Daily use of AI in customer-facing and revenue workflows
