You'll own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for a $5Mโ€“$10M+ SaaS portfolio, driving expansion and retention in a rebuild-phase environment. This high-autonomy role goes beyond relationship management to shape playbooks and processes from the ground up.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own NRR for your book of business, delivering against expansion, renewal, and retention targets
  • Identify and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Build and maintain a 3โ€“4x expansion pipeline against quota
  • Proactively manage renewal cycles and mitigate churn risk

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4โ€“8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales
  • Proven track record of independently identifying and closing expansion opportunities
  • Experience owning revenue targets (NRR, expansion, or renewals)
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce)

  • Experience in a rebuild or transformation environment
  • Experience in Transportation Management Systems or last-mile/logistics technology
  • Daily use of AI in customer-facing and revenue workflows
