  • Provide technical support for Programmable Messaging APIs
  • Troubleshoot message delivery and API issues
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborate with engineering to report bugs and improve products

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years client-facing technical support or engineering role
  • Strong understanding of web technologies and application stacks
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and enterprise software
  • Ability to read and debug code
