- Provide technical support for Programmable Messaging APIs
- Troubleshoot message delivery and API issues
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Collaborate with engineering to report bugs and improve products
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years client-facing technical support or engineering role
- Strong understanding of web technologies and application stacks
- Familiarity with REST APIs and enterprise software
- Ability to read and debug code
