You'll partner with Operations teams to drive operational excellence through data, automation, and AI-enabled workflows. You will design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows that deliver measurable impact. This role combines data analysis with hands-on automation to solve real operational problems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze operational and customer data to identify trends and risks.
• Design, configure, and maintain AI workflows using automation platforms.
• Map and optimize customer-facing and internal processes for scalability.
• Partner with Product teams to relay customer signals and influence roadmap.

📋 Requirements

• Solid experience in operations, business intelligence, or automation engineering.
• Strong expertise in SQL and BI tools like Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with AI or workflow automation platforms (e.g., Workato, UIPath).
• Familiarity with CRM and CX systems like Salesforce, Zendesk, or Gainsight.

• Experience with Gainsight automation.
• Knowledge of predictive modeling and scoring logic.
• Experience building dashboards for leadership.
