💼 About This Role

You'll lead onboarding programs for a fast-growing cybersecurity company, coordinating projects across multiple customer segments. You'll enable Customer Success Managers to focus on strategic advisory while you manage the operational execution layer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage onboarding programs from deal close through deployment
• Coordinate Sales-to-CS handover and knowledge transfer
• Maintain onboarding dashboards and milestone tracking in Salesforce
• Coordinate deployment sessions, upgrade planning, and SIEM integrations

📋 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in onboarding coordination or project management within SaaS
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent cross-functional projects
• Strong skills in milestone tracking and risk management
• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, or SharePoint

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Customer Success, Technical Delivery, or Professional Services teams
• Exposure to identity security, Active Directory, or Entra ID
