Description

You will lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for hardware consumer electronics at Roku, optimizing supply chain operations by developing procurement strategies that ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product development and manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field (Master's/MBA preferred)
• 8+ years in hardware procurement or supply chain in consumer electronics or high-tech
• Strong understanding of semiconductor supply chain
• Experience with CMs/ODMs and international suppliers
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage global sourcing strategies for hardware components (SOC, memory, semiconductors) and manufacturing services
• Identify and qualify new suppliers; manage supplier performance on cost, quality, lead time, capacity
• Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP processes and cost negotiations
• Drive design-to-cost decisions and cost reduction initiatives
• Analyze cost drivers and market trends; mitigate supply chain risks
