Description

You will lead the sustaining Demand Planning and Supply Planning teams responsible for hardware forecasts across all product lines globally, ensuring customer demand is met while balancing inventory, cash, and cost objectives. You will manage a team and collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Strategic Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to use data for real-time decisions and long-range plans.

• Strong track record in hardware demand and supply planning
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and detailed levels
• Ability to translate complex forecasts into clear narratives for senior leadership
• Experience managing a team
• Collaborative planning process experience with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead sustaining Demand and Supply Planning teams owning forecasts for all hardware products globally
• Collaborate with Product and NPI Planning for smooth transitions from new product introduction to sustaining, including EOL planning
• Own global demand forecasting process, consolidating signals from Sales, Product, Marketing, and historical performance
• Translate demand into executable supply plans with Supply Chain, Operations Engineering, and Fulfillment
• Own refurbishment and RMA demand/supply forecast, collaborating with vendors on capacity and cost targets
