You will build and scale data pipelines and models for Lyft's global micromobility platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely data for decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in data engineering or related field
• Strong expertise in SQL and experience with Trino or Spark/PySpark
• Experience building and optimizing complex data models and ETL pipelines
• Hands-on experience with workflow management tools (e.g., Airflow)
• Proficiency in scripting language like Python or Bash

Responsibilities

• Owner of core data pipelines, scaling data processing flow for rapid growth
• Evolve data models and schemas based on business requirements
• Implement systems to monitor and enhance data quality
• Develop self-service tools for managing ETL pipelines and optimize performance
• Write scalable, maintainable code and conduct code reviews
