💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience at BoxLunch, a pop culture retailer that donates meals. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and support daily operations to meet sales targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales via BOPIS and curbside.
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Passion for philanthropy and pop culture.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
