You'll optimize Preply's payments ecosystem by analyzing pay-ins, pay-outs, and fraud patterns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven insights that shape business decisions. Your work will directly impact monetization strategy and a seamless experience for students and tutors. You'll lead systematic analysis of fraud and risk patterns to develop smart, data-driven rules.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze payment processes to uncover optimization opportunities
• Monitor transactions to detect anomalies and fraud patterns
• Act as data partner to ML Platform and AI teams
• Quantify impact of new features and prioritize roadmap

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in fraud management and payment operations analytics
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests with statistical rigor
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for efficient code
• Experience with statistical modeling or machine learning

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in 2-sided marketplaces or digital businesses
• Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap
• Familiarity with Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
