You'll architect GenAI systems for creative generation and design pacing algorithms for multi-million dollar budgets. Your work directly governs Unity's financial integrity and marketplace growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize sophisticated pacing controllers (PID, probabilistic forecasting)
• Lead backend integration of Generative AI models for creative asset generation
• Build and scale high-velocity experimentation infrastructure (A/B testing, switchback tests)
• Architect high-throughput billing pipelines with 100% accuracy

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with 1+ year on ads delivery systems
• Experience building large-scale, low-latency backend systems using Java, Go, or Scala
• Deep familiarity with budget control systems or spend-prediction algorithms
• Proven experience building or scaling experimentation platforms for marketplace contexts

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with real-time stream processing (Kafka, Flink, or Spark) for event-based charging
• Technical interest in backend workflows for Generative AI model serving and storage
• Track record of working on mission-critical pipelines like billing or payments
