Description

You will lead a team developing flight control software for Group 1-3 UAVs, shaping scalable VMS architecture and driving delivery of certifiable real-time systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience on high performing software teams
• 3+ years direct management experience of 5+ people
• Demonstrated ability to drive high-performing technical team
• Significant hands-on technical work on interdisciplinary project (robotics, autonomous vehicles, avionics, aerospace)
• Strong embedded systems fundamentals: resource-efficient software design, drivers, real-time responsive software, Linux and RTOS frameworks

Responsibilities

• Turn broader functional plans into actionable processes for VMS roadmap
• Lead architecture, design, and execution of complex hardware-software systems
• Tackle complex undefined challenges requiring conceptual thinking
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align goals
