Description

In this role, you will act as a cross-functional project manager and player-coach, translating operational needs into data, workflow, and technology solutions. You'll own the full lifecycle of strategic initiatives, driving adoption and measurable value across business groups. Your work will directly enhance efficiency and decision-making through AI and advanced analytics.

Requirements

• 10+ years in financial services, preferably private markets and alternative asset management
• Knowledge of fund structures, operations, accounting, and reporting for alternatives
• Experience implementing cross-functional initiatives spanning people, process, data, and technology
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Power Platform skills (Power BI a plus)

Responsibilities

• Define project priorities, scope, and resource requirements with business groups and DATS teams
• Own full project lifecycle from requirements definition through implementation and value measurement
• Conduct current-state assessments of workflows, data dependencies, and technology inefficiencies
• Identify opportunities to revamp workflows using emerging AI capabilities
• Design and oversee delivery of advanced reporting and dashboards (Power BI, Snowflake, etc.)
