💼 About This Role

You'll join a team of experienced technicians applying thermal spray coatings to turbine engine components in a climate-controlled facility. Through our extensive in-house training program, you'll gain hands-on experience and develop your skills under professional supervision. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect and prepare parts for thermal spray coatings
• Set up and operate thermal spray equipment according to work instructions
• Select and apply specified coatings manually or via CNC
• Use handheld gauges to measure parts during coating process

📋 Requirements

• 18 months of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Able to use measuring devices like micrometers, dial indicators, go/no-go gauges
• Experience reading shop drawings and work instructions
• Experience operating overhead cranes

• High school or technical school graduate
• Basic shop math skills
• Basic computer knowledge
